PROCESSING TIMES
Current processing times are listed in the banner on the home page of the website. Studio L2E strives to ship within current processing times listed, but there may be slight delays on occasion, especially during sales.
PREORDERS
PRE-ORDER items typically begin shipping within 2-6 weeks. Occasionally, there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
Your credit/debit card or Paypal account is charged at the time you place your order.
If your order contains items that are PRE-ORDER status as well as in-stock items, please note that your order will not ship until pre-order items are received from the manufacturer. If you would like to receive your in-stock items before then, please place a separate order.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
If you do not select insurance at the time of checkout, you accept full responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, tariffs or other fees associated with shipping to your country beyond the cost of postage. Please check with your local Customs office for an estimate of charges for your order.
To keep shipping costs down the International shipping service offered does NOT include tracking once your parcel leaves the US unless tracked shipping is purchased during checkout.
Returned Orders due to unpaid customs/VAT charges:
Orders that are returned due to unpaid customs/VAT charges may either be reshipped after additional shipping charge is paid at the buyers expense or partially refunded minus shipping paid.
