Occasionally a defective stamp set or paper product with issues will get by us, if you believe you've received a set that includes defective stamps or flawed paper goods please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include the following information:
- Order #
- Name of the stamp set and which stamps were defective (if applicable)
- Name of the product that are flawed (if applicable)
- If possible, please send photos of the flawed products, stamped images and/or stamps.
- Destash items are sold as is and are non-refundable. Please be sure to view photos carefully and reach out if you have any questions before purchasing.
