Defective Products

Occasionally a defective stamp set or paper product with issues will get by us, if you believe you've received a set that includes defective stamps or flawed paper goods please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include the following information:

  • Order #
  • Name of the stamp set and which stamps were defective (if applicable)
  • Name of the product that are flawed (if applicable)
  • If possible, please send photos of the flawed products, stamped images and/or stamps
