If your order contains pre-order stamp sets, your entire order is held until all stamps are in stock and ready for shipping. If you wish to receive your in stock sets sooner, please place separate orders so that only preorder sets are shipped together.

DOMESTIC (USA)
Orders within the US are shipped via USPS First Class package or Priority Mail. Charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, with the option to purchase Route+ package protection

INTERNATIONAL
All international orders will be shipped via First Class International Package. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, with the option to purchase Route+ package protection

First Class International Package rates include what USPS calls e-Del con aka tracking to select countries.

CUSTOMS / TAXES / TARIFFS / VAT
Customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, tariffs or other fees associated with shipping to your country beyond the cost of postage. Please check with your local Customs office for an estimate of charges for your order.


Returned Orders due to unpaid customs/VAT charges:
Orders that are returned due to unpaid customs/VAT charges may either be reshipped after additional shipping charge is paid at the buyers expense or partially refunded minus shipping paid.__

OPTIONAL ROUTE+ PACKAGE PROTECTION FOR ORDERS
Studio L2E is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.*

**Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises."*Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
