PASTEL POTTER & JULY STAMP RELEASE UPDATE
This month has been a hot mess with processing of the Pastel potter things taking longer than normal and on top of that, an unusual amount of USPS shipping issues. I know there still are a few shipments that are still not showing movement. I‘ve been working with USPS to figure out what happened and where the packages have gone.
PASTEL POTTER ORDERS - If you received a shipping notification and haven’t seen movement, I was told this morning that a bin of orders was located and you may start seeing movement this evening or tomorrow.
If you have an order ”Awaiting Fulfillment” that DOES NOT include July release stamps, your order will be shipped out no later than Monday. I’m aiming to be caught up and have them all out by tomorrow but I realized my son has two games tomorrow.
July Stamp Release preorders should begin shipping at the end of next week and should not take long to be fulfilled.
I’m so sorry shipping has taken this long. In the almost 7 years Studio L2E has been in business, I’ve never had so many issues. I’m hoping to be back to my regular processing and shipping times once these orders are all fulfilled. I will be making a few announcements and changes to the shop that will hopefully cut down on processing times.
